1. Information We Collect

1.1 Location Data

The App collects your precise GPS location while you use the Tracker feature. Location data is used to draw your workout route on the map, detect zone captures, and display your position. Location is collected only while the App is in the foreground.

1.2 Account Information

When you register with email: username, email address, and password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and name from your Google or Apple account to create and identify your Enclove account.

1.3 Workout & Activity Data

Route data (GPS coordinates, distance, duration) generated during workouts. Stored on our servers and may be visible to other users on the global map.

1.4 Social & Game Data

Posts, comments, likes, and photos you create or upload in the activity feed, your profile avatar image, moderation reports you submit, and captured zones associated with your username. Uploaded images are stored on our servers. Your username, avatar, posts, and photos are visible to all users alongside your zones and activity.

1.5 In-App Economy Data

In-app coin balance, transaction history (including ad reward events and purchases), shop purchase records, and active boost status.

1.6 Device Identifiers & Notifications

A unique account identifier (User ID) is assigned to you. If you enable push notifications, we store your device push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service) linked to your account so we can deliver notifications. Advertising identifiers are handled separately by our advertising provider — see Section 2.

1.7 Diagnostics & Crash Data

To keep the App stable we use Sentry for crash and error reporting. When an error occurs we collect diagnostic data such as stack traces, error messages, and technical device information. This data is not linked to your identity (personally identifiable information is disabled in our Sentry configuration).

2. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner ads and rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID / IDFA), approximate location, and app usage data to show personalized ads.

Opt out of personalized ads:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for Enclove

On iOS, the App requests permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your advertising identifier. If you grant permission, your advertising identifier and app usage data may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising and measurement purposes. If you deny permission, the App will continue to function normally and this tracking does not occur.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide core app features; display workout routes, zones, and activity to other users; operate the in-app coin economy and shop; send you push notifications; monitor and improve App stability and performance; develop the App; and display relevant advertisements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers: Google AdMob (advertising), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (delivering push notifications), Sentry (crash and error diagnostics), Google and Apple (sign-in authentication if you use them), our backend hosting provider (data storage), and law enforcement if required by law. Workout routes, zones, and feed posts are visible to all App users.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which permanently deletes all your data from our servers. See Account Deletion for details.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have done so and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections (via Cloudflare). Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. Session tokens are stored in hashed form. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or object to its processing. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

GDPR (EU users): Our legal basis for processing location data is your explicit consent given when you start a tracking session.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
