Account Deletion
This page explains how to permanently delete your Enclove account and all associated data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Delete from the app

Open the Enclove app on your device.

Go to Profile (bottom navigation bar, person icon).

Tap the Settings icon (top right corner).

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm deletion in the dialog. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.
Delete by email
Send a request to [email protected] — include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted

| Anonymized analytics (if any) | May be retained — not linked to you |
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, captured zones, coins, and purchases will be lost. This action cannot be reversed.
Deletion timeline
When you delete your account through the app, all personal data is removed from our active systems immediately. Backup systems may retain data for up to 30 days before it is purged from all storage.
